Asisa Advisors LLP owns and operates www.asisa.vc and the programs that are run through it. Asisa Advisors LLP and www.asisa.vc are collectively been called Asisa in this document.


By using our website and participating in any of Asisa’s programs or services mentioned on our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the following:

 

  • The VC Academy Program

  • Pre-Accelerator Program

  • Buy Side Advisory Services

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by
these terms.

2. Payments & Fees

2.1 The VC Academy Program (Online Payments)

  • Payments for the VC Academy program must be made in full before gaining access to the course.

  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, and we do not store your payment details.


2.2 Pre-Accelerator Program (Bank Transfer, Equity, or Other Instruments)

  • Selected participants will receive payment instructions privately via email after being accepted into the program.

  • Payments may be made via bank transfer and/or through equity/alternative financial instruments, subject to a separate agreement that defines terms, valuation, and obligations.

2.3 Buy-side Advisory Services

  • A custom service agreement defining the scope, fees, and payment terms shall be entered into.

  • Payments may be structured as fixed fees, success-based fees, or equity-based compensation, as agreed upon in the contract.

3. No Refund Policy

  • All payments made to Asisa are final and non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, business changes, or inability to participate.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All course materials, mentorship content, and advisory frameworks are protected intellectual property of Asisa.

  • Participants and clients may not copy, distribute, or resell any content without explicit written permission.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

5.1 Pre-Accelerator & VC Advisory Services
Asisa provides services to the best of its ability based on market conditions, research, and professional experience. However, we do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, investment success, or fundraising results.

  • No Responsibility for Market Risks: The startup ecosystem is unpredictable. Asisa is not responsible for any financial losses, market downturns, or missed opportunities arising from participation in our Pre-Accelerator or VC advisory services.

  • Independent Decision-Making: Professionals, Founders, and VC firms should conduct their own due diligence and seek independent legal, financial, and strategic advice before making any business decisions.

5.2 General Limitation of Liability

  • Asisa is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website, courses, or advisory services.

  • We do not provide legal, tax, or financial guarantees, and all users acknowledge that they are using our services at their own discretion and risk.

6. Privacy Policy

  • By using our website and services, you agree to our Privacy Policy (listed separately on the website) regarding data collection and usage.

  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law.

7. Changes to Terms

  • Asisa reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website implies acceptance.
